I’m Feeding the Squirrels as Well as the Birds
I thought you might enjoy a few photos I took in the last day or so.

We have some robins nesting in both our front and back yards. We recently learned that each year they come back to the same place to build their nests. I thought they looked familiar. :-)

This fellow looks like he’s up to no good. Don’t you agree?

 

And here he goes! Hey! I just put that out for the birds! I wish that woodpecker would show up now!

He seems to be enjoying himself.

They went to breakfast at a restaurant where the "seniors' special" was two eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast for $1.99.

"Sounds good," the wife said. "But I don't want the eggs."

"Then I'll have to charge you $2.49 because you're ordering a la carte," the waitress warned her.

"You mean I'd have to pay for not taking the eggs?" the wife asked incredulously.

"Yes."

"Then, I'll take the special."

"Ok. How do you want your eggs?"

"Raw and in the shell," the wife replied.

She took the two eggs home.
