My Timex Watch
My Timex watch is old and new. Well, let me explain. I bought it about 7-8 years ago at Wal-Mart. I really liked my watch and I wear it everywhere, including exercising and fishing. Twice it has needed a new battery, and I found out it has to be sent back to the Timex watch repair place to get a new battery. Each time I sent it back it only cost me $10 and both times they sent me a brand new watch. That a pretty good deal for a fairly inexpensive Timex watch. I like Timex! Here’s a couple of pictures of my watch.

Joke of the Day
Attending a wedding for the first time, a little girl whispered to her mother, "Why is the bride dressed in white?"
"Because white is the color of happiness, and today is the happiest day of her life." said the mother.
The child thought about this for a moment, then said, "So then, why is the groom wearing black?"
And…
One day a little girl was sitting and watching her mother do the dishes at the kitchen sink. She noticed that her mother had several strands of white hair on her brunette head. She looked at her mother and asked, Why are some of your hairs white, Momma?"
Her mother replied, "Well, every time that you do something wrong and make me cry or unhappy, one of my hairs turns white."
The little girl thought about this for a while and then asked, "Momma, how come ALL of Grandma's hairs are white?"

It's good to have a reliable watch, right? Every day we're doing tons of things, so we've got to keep track of the time, and a watch is a great way to do that. Whether you're exercising or fishing, it's pretty important to know what time it is so you'll know what you're supposed to do next. Your watch looks good too, so that makes it even better to look at.
