Backyard in the Snow 
Here’s a picture a little friend that hangs around our bird feeders these snowy days. He grabs a bite from the ground, maybe a sunflower seed, and retreats to this limb to enjoy his snack.

Joke of the Day
Sue was out walking with her 4-year-old granddaughter. She picked up something off the ground and started to put it in her mouth. Grandma took the item away from her and I asked her not to do that.
'Why?' the Granddaughter asked.
'Because it's been on the ground; you don't know where it's been, it's dirty, and probably has germs,' Grandma replied.
At this point, the granddaughter looked at her Grandmother with total admiration and asked, 'Grandma, how do you know all this stuff? You are so smart.'
Sue did some quick thinking and said.... 'All Grandmas know this stuff. It's on the Grandma Test. You have to know it or they don't let you be a Grandma.'
They walked along in silence for a few minutes, but the Granddaughter was evidently pondering this new information. 'Oh......I get it!' she beamed, 'So if you don't pass the test you have to be the Grandpa?'.
'Exactly,' Grandma replied with a big smile on her face.
