A Cat and a Rabbit

Animals continue to amaze me. They provide lots of entertainment, joy and examples for mankind.

Here’s a short video about a cat that adopts a motherless baby rabbit. It’s a short video, it lasts less than 1 minute.

Frigid! Brrr!
It’s cold in East Tennessee this morning… around 12 degrees at our home. Brrr! I think we’ll go to the gym again today and workout… that should warm us up.

My New Camera
camera A few people have asked why kind of camera I purchased. It’s a Canon PowerShot SX10IS. It has a 20x Optical Zoom, 10 megapixels, and it has Image Stabilization. It has lot of bells and whistles, but it also has an easy automatic mode. I’m still learning how to get the most from this camera.

Joke of the Day

A blonde decides to learn and try horse back riding assisted without any experience or lessons. She mounts the horse with great effort, and the tall, shiny horse springs into motion.

It gallops along at a steady and rhythmic pace, but the blonde begins to slip from the saddle. Out of shear terror, she grabs for the horse's mane but cannot seem to get a firm grip. She tries to throw her arms around the horse's neck, but slides down the side of the horse anyway. The horse gallops along, seemingly oblivious to its slipping rider.

Finally, giving up her frail grip, she leaps away from the horse to try and throw herself to safety. Unfortunately, her foot has become entangled in the stirrup. She is now at the mercy of the horse's pounding hooves as her head is struck against the ground again and again.

As her head is battered against the ground, she is moments away from unconsciousness or even death when Todd, the Wall-Mart Manager, runs out to turn the horse off.
