Odd Looking Bird

One Airplane or Two?
At first glance I thought this was two airplanes with their wings touching… but no, it’s one airplane! It is known as White Knight Two. It was designed to carry the Space Ship Two rocket aloft for a midair launch of tourists into orbit. It has a wingspan of 140 feet. The rocket to be launched will be mounted between the twin fuselages.

You can find more pictures from the big air show in Oshkosh at this link: Oshkosh Air Show and you can get more information about White Knight here: More About White Knight.

Are you interested in signing up to go into orbit. The first passengers are expected to pay around $200,000 per ticket for a 2.5 hour flight. For more information click here: Space Tourism.

Joke of the Day

A man dies and finds himself in hell. The devil tells him he can spend the rest of eternity in any one of three rooms, and gives him a tour.

The first room has a cement floor covered with hot coals, and all of the people are standing on their heads. It’s very hot and steamy.

The second also has a cement floor, and again, everyone is standing on his head, but jets of fire is shooting out from all sides of the room. It’s extremely hot.

The final room is filled with 1 foot of warm cow manure (wall-to-wall) and smells awful, but everyone is sitting around comfortably, drinking coffee.

The decision is an easy one, he selects the third room. The devil leaves him, and he gets a cup of coffee and joins the others.

But after about five minutes, one of the assistant devils comes in and says 'OK, everybody, coffee break's over - back on your heads, NOW!'
