Peanut Butter Balls

Delicious Candy
Yesterday our kitchen was turned into a candy making manufacturing facility. Grandmother and our friend, Sharon, worked long hours in making those delicious peanut butter balls. You can make the balls with a coating of chocolate or butterscotch. Both are delicious, but I have a personal preference for the butterscotch.

Here’s a few pictures I made today while watching the girls make the candy. They had lots of fun while working together and ended up with over 550 Peanut Butter Balls! I can assure you that they are delicious because I did some taste testing.

Here’s the recipe if your are interested.

We estimate that each peanut butter ball has approximately 50 calories. That’s not bad if you stop after one or two.
