Oliver Meddaugh (1918-1999)

Wildlife Photos
I never met Oliver Meddaugh who was a conservationist and photographer in New York State. I know of Oliver because his wife Celia, one of our close friends, now lives in Kingsport, Tennessee.

Celia is making Oliver’s photography available for others to enjoy through the web sight: Oliver Meddaugh Wildlife Photos. This site has more information about Oliver, and shows us some of his photography. Celia told me more pictures will be added routinely.

A couple of examples of Oliver Meddaugh’s photography are given below:

Quote of the Day
I love to think of nature as an unlimited broadcasting station, through which God speaks to us every hour, if we will only tune in.

Joke of the Day

Wife: "There's trouble with the car. It has water in the carburetor."

Husband: "Water in the carburetor? That's ridiculous."

Wife: "I tell you the car has water in the carburetor."

Husband: "You don't even know what a carburetor is. Where's the car?"

Wife: "In the swimming pool."
