World Clock

Someone sent me this link the other day. It is a link to a World Clock that is unlike anything I have ever seen before. It has lot of information which is being constantly updated. Here's the World Clock embedded into my blog.

Fishing is Over Until Spring
I took my boat to have it winterized so there will be no more fishing until early spring. My boat is a Harris Flotebote pontoon boat with a Suzuki outboard engine. I have been completely satisfied with both the boat and the outboard. The Suzuki is 115 HP four stroke with fuel injection. The boat and motor have been flawless in the 4 plus years that I have used them. I bought the rig from Laurel Marina Dealership where I also have them serviced. They are a first class, top notch dealership. Check out their website: Laurel Marina

Quote of the Day
In the Middle Ages, they had guillotines, stretch racks, whips and chains. Nowadays, we have a much more effective torture device called the bathroom scale.

Joke of the Day

David is a masterpiece of Renaissance sculpture sculpted from marble by Michelangelo from 1501 to 1504. Unknown to many people the statue has been on loan in the United States for the past 2 years. image

Before Coming to the USA

Now after 2 years Michelangelo's David is being returned to Italy. Looks like he picked up a few pounds.

(He looks like how I felt after Thanksgiving dinner.)

His sponsors in the US included:

that world clock is fascinating! I tooka moment and watched the numbers changing with births/deaths/population; very interesting!!

bet it is always sad to have the fishing season end for the year; but before you know it, especially how quick time seems to be going, it'll be springtime

thanks for your email; I enjoy reading your journal; the jokes are cute and clean and its fun to read about other people/their families :)
